Sounding Board: Promoting Sponsor and Newcomer Boundaries

Community sponsorship staff will discuss the strategies and best practices for how to promote healthy boundaries between sponsors and newcomers. Participants will consider how to best communicate some of the principles behind boundary setting such as newcomer autonomy and taking a strengths-based approach. Discussion will touch on multiple aspects of how to weave these principles into program design and implementation.
